If you were able to login to the Code-X Lite (X-Lite) Web mobile application previously, but now are no longer able to login anymore, please try one or more of the following to troubleshoot your issue:
1. Make sure you can still login successfully to the Code-X Web Application
To have access to the Code-X Lite (X-Lite) Web mobile application, you must have a valid Code-X Web Application account. To make sure you do have a valid account, please go to
https://codex.aaos.org/ and login. If you get the message that "You are not a subscriber" then that means you no longer have a valid Code-X account. To troubleshoot why you are you getting the "You are not a subscriber" message please

2. Make sure your Profile Page loads after logging into the Code-X Web Application
If you can successfully login successfully to the Code-X Web Application, then the next step is to check to see if your Profile Page loads which displays your credentials for the mobile applications. Please follow the instructions below after logging into the Code-X Web Application:
3. Try to login again to Code-X Lite Web Mobile Application using the credentials from your Profile Page
If you successfully logged in and can view your Profile page, then please try logging in again to the mobile app using the credentials from your Profile page. If you enter the username and password and you still cannot login to the mobile app, please try again and be sure that you are correctly typing in your username and password. Typos will prevent you from logging in successfully.
