When installing Code-X how do I avoid accidentally activating a user license using an administrator account?

When Code-X is successfully installed and launched, it will attempt to auto-activate the current user that is logged in as an added convenience to getting Code-X deployed to your users more quickly.  Unfortunately, because the application may need to be installed by a Windows user with local administrator access to the workstation, it is fairly common that Code-X is auto-activated as that admin user instead of the actual user who needs to use the application.  This can happen even if you are logged in as the correct user, but run the installation as the Local Admin account.  The underlying software platform that Code-X runs on (i.e. Adobe AIR) will still auto-activate as the admin user in this case because that application is running/installing with that user's permissions.

To avoid accidentally activating a user license using an administrator account, you want to not allow the application to automatically launch and run right after the installation is completed.  During the installation process you will see a windows that displays Finishing setup.......... While that window is displayed, the installer is readying the workstation for step 2 in the installation process where a separate Adobe AIR Application Install window will appear that shows the Launch Application After Install option checked.  Make sure to uncheck that box before pressing Continue. This will prevent the installer from launching the application after the installation is completed.  Once the application installs make sure to launch the installed application as the logged in user who will be using the software.  Do not attempt to run as administrator at this point.  Once the application is successfully the activation process does not require the application to be run under the Local Admin's permissions.  You can activate fine as a regular Windows user.
