I am getting the error "The application is not able to find 'codexConfig.db' in your user profile located in: ...."
You are getting the following when trying to use Code-X:
The application is 
not able to find 'codexConfig.db' in your user profile located in: 
............. 
When this happens 
(only in the Windows version) it usually means the user's Windows Profile is corrupt. 
 Please follow the steps below to fix the issue for the user: 
a. 
Close Code-X Application 
b. Uninstall both 
Code-X and Adobe AIR from the Windows Control Panel
c. Follow the instructions in the following link to remove the user's Code-X Local Store folder for your version of Code-X:
d. Remove the problem 
user's Windows profile from both the C (system) drive and the Windows 
Registry 
e. Ask the user to 
login again to Windows to create a new Windows Profile 
f. Reinstall Code-X with the latest full install
