No matter how many times I try to update Code-X, the update fails
Multiple attempts to update Code-X fails. You do a complete uninstall of the
App and the reinstall also fails.
When this happens it is possible that your virus/anti-malware/security software on your PC is blocking attempts to install or update Code-X. To resolve this, please temporarily
disable any and all virus/anti-malware/security software on the PC before
installing and then re-enable after the installation is successful. In some cases you may need to engage an IT person or your IT staff to allow them to
disable the necessary software for you.
