Managing Your Subscription's Users
You can manage your subscription’s users under the “Role Management” tab. Find this tab by clicking on your initials in the top right corner of the Code-X page.
The Role Management screen allows you to add or remove new users and role managers.
Why can't I add a user?
If someone has been a Code-X subscriber/user in the past, they will need to have their prior subscription information deleted. Please open a ticket or contact support@aaos.org for assistance.
Running low on seats?
Users can be added as a role manager and/or a user. A user set to role manager only will not take up a seat.
Please ensure your Code-X users have an AAOS account created with the same email address. New AAOS accounts can be created here.
