If you are getting the message that your Activation Code is Depleted or your Activation Code is Expired and you bought additional user licenses and haven't used those licenses yet, then most likely you don't have the additional Activation Code which starts with the letter "L" (aka Addon L Code) that contains those additional licenses. Check your email for the additional L Activation Code. The email looks exactly the same as the original Parent Activation Code email except that it contains an L Code instead of the Parent Code. Parent Codes start with the letter "P" (aka P Codes) for Code-X Desktop PC/Mac Licenses and start with the letter "N" (aka N Codes) for Code-X Network Licenses. P Codes have 1 user license and N Codes have 5 users licenses.
If you cannot locate your Addon L Activation Code email then please contact AAOS Customer Service to ask them to look it up for you. Our tech support team does not have access to your billing or account information so we cannot locate that for you. AAOS Customer Service can be contacted as follows:

Once you have located your Addon L Code then please follow the instructions below to activate the L Code and have the licenses transferred from your L Code to your Parent Code:
When you get the activation screen please do the following:
1. Enter your Parent Code in the first Parent Code activation input box
2. Enter your L Code in the second Addon L Code activation input box
3. Enter your email address in the email box if you want to be alerted of activation activity
4. Press the Activate button

Once successfully activated you will have expended on activation for
the current installed user and the remaining licenses will be
transferred to the Parent Code
6. For subsequent activations please use only the Parent Code. The Addon L Code is only activated and used once for the license transfer.
