Our Tech Support team does not have access to your billing account information. Therefore you need to contact AAOS Customer Service directly to purchase additional licenses.
When
you purchase additional licenses AAOS Customer Service will email you
an Addon Activation Code starting with the letter "L". The "L" Addon
Activation must be activated along with your Parent Code in order to
obtain the additional user licenses purchased.
Once
you have your Addon L Code then please follow the instructions below to
activate the L Code and have the licenses transferred from your L Code
to your Parent Code:
When you get the activation screen please do the following:
1. Enter your Parent Code in the first Parent Code activation input box
2. Enter your L Code in the second Addon L Code activation input box
3. Enter your email address in the email box if you want to be alerted of activation activity
4. Press the Activate button

Once successfully activated you will have expended on activation for
the current installed user and the remaining licenses will be
transferred to the Parent Code

For subsequent activations please use only the Parent Code. The Addon L
Code is only activated and used once for the license transfer.
