How do I get a list of activated usernames in Code-X 2019?
You have activated Code-X 2019 for your users and you want to get a list of all usernames that were activated. We have an automated process for you to accomplish this. Please follow the instructions from a Code-X 2019 Desktop that has already been activated. The below instructions will not work from a Code-X 2019 desktop that has not been activated yet.
1. Select "Application Settings" from the "Tools" Code-X Desktop top menu
2. Click on the button Send License Details to Activated E-mail Address to
send an email with the license details. The email will be sent to the
email address that was entered when Code-X was first activated. If the email doesn't show up in your inbox please be sure to check your spam/junk folder in case it got tagged as spam. You may also want to whitelist the following email address to ensure delivery:

If you get an error that an email address could not be found then
please click on the link below to create a trouble ticket to request
that an email be added to your license. When submitting the ticket
please be sure to include your organization name, your parent P or N
