Connect a Newly Activated Installation of Code-X to an Existing Mobile App Account


If you want to connect an additionally activated copy of Code-X 2019 to an existing mobile app account, please Submit a Ticket requesting the following:
Please connect my Code-X 2019 account to my newly activated username to mobile app account with email address [please enter your mobile app account email address here].  The username to connect to is [please enter the username here].  My Parent Activation Code is [please enter your Activation Code starting with either a P or N here].


Once tech support has taken care of your above request and closed your ticket, then please follow the instructions below to finalize the connection process from the newly activated installation of Code-X 2019:

1. Select Tools from the menu 
2. Select Application Settings 
3. Click on Reset All Local Settings (be forewarned that this will wipe out all of your local settings including any favorites) and click OK to wipe out your settings 
4. Code-X will exit automatically 
5. Launch Code-X 2019 again 
6. If auto-activation doesn't work then enter your Parent Activation code again 
7. Code-X 2019 should now be connected to your mobile app account
