Bookmarking Your Favorite Codes
Code-X makes it easy to save frequently used codes for quick access later. You can bookmark individual codes and organize your bookmarks into custom groups based on your workflow, specialty, procedure type, or any other system that works for you.
Bookmark a Code:
When viewing a code in Code-X, you can save it as a bookmark by selecting the bookmark icon next to the code number and saving it to a new or existing group.
Create and Use Custom Bookmark Groups:
The custom bookmark groups allow you to organize your favorite codes into collections that are meaningful to you.
For example, you might create groups for:
- Frequently Used Codes
- Knee Procedures
- Shoulder Procedures
- Fracture Care
- Office Visits
You can create multiple bookmark groups and save codes to the group or groups that best fit your needs.
Access Your Bookmarked Codes:
Your bookmarked codes are available under the Bookmarks tab whenever you return to Code-X, making it easy to quickly find codes you use regularly without performing a new search. Bookmarked code groups can be quickly added to the RVU Tracker and NCCI Checker from the Bookmarks tab.
Use your bookmarks to build a personalized collection of the codes most relevant to your practice and workflow.
Tip: Create bookmark groups around the way you work. Organizing codes by specialty, procedure type, or frequency of use can help you find the information you need more quickly.
